Dedication
As a dedicated mental health professional, you've undoubtedly considered the prospect of starting your own private practice. While this path may seem enticing, it's essential to understand the associated challenges, such as overhead costs, often exceeding 20% of your revenue, and the substantial time and resources needed to manage administrative tasks.

At our practice, we believe that joining a collaborative team of clinicians can provide you with the support, resources, and freedom to focus on what you do best—helping clients heal and grow. By becoming part of our team, you'll enjoy the benefits of shared expenses, reducing the financial burden of operating independently. Moreover, we offer invaluable supervision and contribute to your continuing education, ensuring your professional development remains a top priority.

Our group practice also takes care of essential tasks like billing, scheduling, office essentials, and answering calls, freeing up your time to concentrate on providing exceptional care to your clients. Experience the joy of practicing alongside like-minded professionals in a supportive environment that fosters growth, camaraderie, and work-life balance. Together, we can create a space where clients and clinicians alike can thrive.

We value commitment and dedication in our team members, and we're seeking therapists who share this vision. If you're considering opening your own private or group practice within the next two years, we appreciate your entrepreneurial spirit but kindly ask that you refrain from applying or joining us at this time. Our goal is to build a stable and cohesive team, so we require a minimum two-year commitment from our therapists. By doing so, we can ensure continuity of care for our clients and maintain a supportive, collaborative environment where you can focus on providing exceptional therapeutic services.
