I MUST NOT FEAR.

FEAR IS THE
MIND-KILLER.

FEAR IS THE LITTLE
DEATH THAT BRINGS
TOTAL OBLITERATION.

I WILL FACE MY FEAR.

I WILL PERMIT IT TO
PASS OVER ME AND
THROUGH ME
AND WHEN IT HAS
GONE PAST I WILL
TURN THE INNER EYE
TO SEE ITS PATH.

WHERE THE FEAR HAS
GONE THERE WILL BE
NOTHING.

ONLY I WILL REMAIN.

Healing From Toxic Relationships

Recovering From Unhealthy Families

Relationship Therapy
If you grew up starved for love, attention, approval or support this group is for you.  The toxicity of an unhealthy family was normalized. We tend to find ourselves in other toxic relationships and lose ourselves when around them.  Eventually we forget our ambitions, our talents, and our dreams.  Our personal opinions and experiences are no longer our own. We forget that we have a mind of our own, that we have choices and a voice.  We forget how good life can be.

This is an 8-week workshop for adults who have grown up in environments that they have tried their entire life to figure out how.  Learn how to gain independence from your past and heal.

What You Will Learn:
You will awaken to a new level of consciousness.  As you go through the stages of healing, the confusion will be replaced with clarity.  You will have an understanding of your own reactions as well as the secret motives of others.  You will be given a road map and a vast set of tools to navigate through the process of healing from past abuse.
