Nicole Rose, MFT Intern
Nicole@innersourcetherapy.com Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m currently completing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University. I’m currently in Internship II. My journey started at East Carolina University, where I studied Psychology and Education, giving me a strong foundation in both human behavior and teaching. As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, healthier relationships. My style is collaborative, compassionate, empathetic, and flexible. I draw from a variety of models including Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. My training includes a specialization in addiction, with a strong emphasis on supporting clients in recovery. I love working with children (10+), teens, women, couples, families, and those with a military background, as well as anyone navigating trauma, addiction, or recovery. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and explore new ways to grow and thrive! I enjoy starting my mornings with a cup of coffee on my porch swing, soaking in the fresh air while my Schnauzer family keeps me company. I also love spending time with my adult children. They keep me laughing and remind me to enjoy life’s simple moments. I bring that same warmth, humor, and authenticity into my work, creating a space that feels supportive and genuine. |
