Kallie Thompson, LMFTA

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University, where I built a strong foundation in systemic, relationship-focused care. I especially love working with children and couples. Whether it’s helping children express big emotions in healthy ways or supporting couples in strengthening their connection, I find deep fulfillment in helping relationships grow and thrive. I believe that meaningful change happens within the context of our relationships—both with others and with ourselves—and my goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I bring a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and extensive experience working within the autism spectrum community. This foundation has deeply shaped my approach to therapy, strengthening my ability to support neurodiverse individuals and families with insight, patience, and respect. I understand the unique strengths and challenges that can come with autism and other developmental differences, and I strive to create an inclusive environment where all clients feel valued and understood.

In my practice, I work with a wide range of concerns, including relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting stress, and communication difficulties. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach and tailor each session to meet your individual needs, integrating evidence-based strategies that promote growth and lasting change.
