Dedication
As a dedicated mental health professional, you’ve undoubtedly considered the prospect of starting your own private practice. While this path may seem enticing, it’s essential to understand the associated challenges, such as overhead costs, often exceeding over 20% of your revenue, and the substantial time and resources needed to manage administrative tasks.

At our practice, we believe that joining a collaborative team of clinicians can provide you with the support, resources, and freedom to focus on what you do best—helping clients heal and grow. By becoming part of our team, you’ll enjoy the benefits of shared expenses, reducing the financial burden of operating independently. Moreover, we offer invaluable supervision and contribute to your continuing education, ensuring your professional development remains a top priority.

Our group practice also takes care of essential tasks like billing, scheduling, office essentials, and answering calls, freeing up your time to concentrate on providing exceptional care to your clients. Experience the joy of practicing alongside like-minded professionals in a supportive environment that fosters growth, camaraderie, and work-life balance. Together, we can create a space where clients and clinicians alike can thrive.

We value commitment and dedication in our team members, and we’re seeking therapists who share this vision. If you’re considering opening your own private or group practice within the next two years, we appreciate your entrepreneurial spirit but kindly ask that you refrain from applying or joining us at this time. Our goal is to build a stable and cohesive team, so we require a minimum two-year commitment from our therapists. By doing so, we can ensure continuity of care for our clients and maintain a supportive, collaborative environment where you can focus on providing exceptional therapeutic services.

This is not simply a site to collect hours — it is a place to develop your professional identity.

A Final Word

At Inner Source Therapy, our interns are never alone in their work.

You will be supported by supervision, by team consultation, and by a culture that values compassion, curiosity, and growth.

If you are seeking a training environment where you will be challenged, nurtured, and prepared to practice with confidence and integrity — we would love to hear from you.

Alternative & Integrative Healing Providers

Join Our Collaborative Wellness Community

At Inner Source Therapy, we believe healing is multidimensional.

While psychotherapy is a powerful pathway to transformation, many clients benefit from complementary healing modalities that support the nervous system, body awareness, emotional regulation, and spiritual connection.

We are building a collaborative network of aligned alternative and integrative healing providers who share our commitment to trauma-informed, attachment-informed, ethical, and client-centered care.

We welcome connection with professionals such as:

  • Acupuncturists

  • Sound healers

  • Yoga instructors (trauma-informed preferred)

  • Somatic movement practitioners

  • Reiki practitioners

  • Massage therapists (therapeutic / trauma-informed)

  • Breathwork facilitators

  • Meditation teachers

  • Herbalists

  • Nutritionists and holistic health coaches

  • Art therapists and expressive arts facilitators

  • Mind-body practitioners

  • Energy medicine practitioners

  • Integrative wellness educators

If your work supports nervous system regulation, embodied healing, relational safety, and whole-person wellness, we would love to explore collaboration.

What Collaboration Looks Like

We are not seeking independent contractors to provide psychotherapy. Instead, we are cultivating a professional ecosystem where:

  • Clients can access complementary services in a coordinated, ethical manner

  • Cross-referrals are thoughtful and clinically appropriate

  • Communication (with client consent) supports continuity of care

  • Providers respect scope of practice and collaborative boundaries

  • We learn from one another’s expertise

We believe in integrated care — not siloed services.

Our Values

We prioritize:

  • Trauma-informed and attachment-informed principles

  • Cultural humility and inclusivity

  • Ethical practice and clear scope of work

  • Ongoing professional development

  • Respect for both clinical and holistic modalities

  • Collaborative case consultation when appropriate

We are especially interested in providers who understand how trauma impacts the nervous system and who approach their work with sensitivity, consent, and attunement.

Professional Integrity & Scope

Because we serve clients navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, and mental health concerns, we seek practitioners who:

  • Hold appropriate certifications, licensure, or documented training within their modality

  • Practice within clear ethical and professional guidelines

  • Maintain liability insurance where applicable

  • Understand the importance of staying within their scope of practice

  • Are open to collaborative communication when appropriate and consented

A Community of Healers

We envision a network where:

Clients receive holistic support.
Clinicians and healers respect one another’s roles.
Collaboration enhances — rather than replaces — psychotherapy.
Everyone benefits from shared wisdom and mutual growth.

At Inner Source Therapy, healing does not happen in isolation — and neither does professional growth.

If you are an integrative provider who feels aligned with our values, we would love to begin a conversation.

Our 'Padawan Team'

At Inner Source Therapy, we are proud to support the next generation of compassionate, skilled therapists. Our intern clinicians are affectionately referred to as  “Padawans”, a playful and loving nod to the fact that they are deeply committed learners, growing under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Internship Program

Our internship and training program is thoughtfully designed to ensure that clients receive excellent care while interns develop strong clinical skills in a supportive, structured environment. Interns spend meaningful time observing seasoned clinicians, learning directly from our team’s expertise, and gradually taking on client work as they are ready.

Each intern works closely with highly trained supervisors and receives regular, ongoing supervision. They are supported every step of the way through continuous feedback, collaboration, and professional development. Our team meets regularly to staff cases together, ensuring that every client benefits not only from one therapist’s care, but from the collective wisdom and support of the Inner Source Therapy team.

Choosing to work with an intern can be a wonderful experience,  you receive thoughtful, attentive care from someone who is deeply invested in your healing, while also being backed by the full support of our experienced clinical staff.

Selective Clinical Training

We thoughtfully invite a small number of practicum students and interns each year into our structured, trauma-informed training environment.

Our program is designed for emerging clinicians who are deeply committed to excellence, relational integrity, and the lifelong development of the self of the therapist.

Interns at Inner Source Therapy receive close supervision, collaborative consultation, and meaningful clinical experience within a team that values depth, humility, and growth.

If you are seeking more than just hours and feel called to practice with intention and integrity we welcome your inquiry.
