I specialize in helping clients get to the root of depression, anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and relationship struggles. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore what’s keeping you stuck and identify the barriers that are preventing you from feeling well. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change using evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to help you build emotional regulation skills, strengthen relationships, and create a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and fulfilling.
I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, anger, loss of motivation, suicidal thoughts, self-doubt, cognitive distortions, psychosis, stress, self-harm, anger, interpersonal conflicts, personality disorders, PTSD, and general struggles with day to day living.
I integrate therapeutic counseling and motivational approaches to meet the unique needs of the client. Approaches include a combination of Goal-Directed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Addictive Disorders to name a few. Each person’s road to one’s best self is unique and personal. I help the individual find and pave their way along that journey
